This location and all US Banks I went to were and are the best bank I had ever used and that's a lot for us to say about a bank.
The customer service is not the best .
Teller was rude, the bank manager was rude. The worst Tellers I've ever came across. The bank manager is a dope. My mom opened an account and the bank sd she's the owner of the account. And some how an second person added a name without asking the first soul owner of the account if that's OK. Instantly ignored her job. Putting others people's address on an account without asking. Again redflags. All day here. They don't ask enough questions for the account. I wouldn't bank here. Worst bank ever. Worst customer service ever. ... read more
