Went to this branch today. There was one girl and one Hispanic guy behind the glass window. When the Hispanic teller helped me, he didn’t even count the money correctly. I asked him if he could tell me the money count and he had to count it again. Plus, he threw my ID back at me behind the glass window. That was very unprofessional. Not a good experience.
The bank tellers are very friendly here at the Vons location. There is a very small wait time. Plus, they are no longer closed during the lunch hour, which is very convenient.
Awesome branch! Julie usually waits on me and she is fabulous! Great service always.
