SAVE YOUR TIME AND PEACE AND GO TO AN ACTUAL US BANK! The workers here are very judgemental and rude, they really do not care about connecting and assisting their customers. They will judge and make assumptions about you based on your account balance… please go to an actual US Bank branch if you would like proper, respectful service. Ive been using US Bank at multiple locations for over 15 years. Employees, tellers and managers have always been friendly a customer service oriented at all branches with the exception of this Carson branch! Ive been here a few times over past month or so and Ive never been treated so rudely and disrespectful. I held off on this review and hoped Id notice improvement.
