The teller was super nice and helpful, me being from out of town and kind of an urgent situation she was understanding. I was told 2-4 hours and my deposit would clear. After I had deposited , pulled cash off the check that was deposited , apparently the branch manager put almost a 2 weeks hold on my deposit . (I had sold my car due to an emergency situation, at the dealer ship on the same block as the bank). I had planned this out accordingly . I went in to deposit a tax refund. The name on the check matched my name, my account and my ID. The teller refused to deposit it for me and said that I would have to use the mobile app and that it most likely would be rejected. I deposited it with another bank location with no issues. The tellers profile people unnecessarily and I will never be going back.
