I went in to deposit a tax refund. The name on the check matched my name, my account and my ID. The teller refused to deposit it for me and said that I would have to use the mobile app and that it most likely would be rejected. I deposited it with another bank location with no issues. The tellers profile people unnecessarily and I will never be going back.
I've banked here for many years. If there have been issues they quickly get resolved. I feel like they are very helpful. Plus it's very convenient and close to home. There's not enough people to help sometimes, but then again it's always busy Keep up the great work!
Very disappointed with US Bank service. I came to the branch at 4:55 PM to open a business account. The branch is open until 6:00 PM, but I was told that "an hour is not enough" to open an account and they refused to help me. This was already my second attempt to open a business account here — and once again, no success. It seems US Bank is not the right place for small business owners. Don’t waste your time like I did.
