Very nice people
Horrible customer service. Giselle and Nevaeh are lazy and brazen about it as well. They literally Refused to do any work with a smile since they were closing soon. I have to have 20s turned into fives every week for work. Its very difficult to find a retail place that has the kind of change i need without depleting their inventory. I shop at the king soopers location this branch is inside regularly. I came up to this branch today asking if they could make the change i needed and they said they can not make change for anyone... read more
GOOD NEWS! We finally found a branch and a teller who could help with all of our needs of our complicated situation. We’ve had nothing but hassles — involving at least 10 interactions — and some pretty bad customer service. But Emily at the 104th and Federal came up with a solution and helped implement it. Thanks also to the U.S. Bank “Social Media Team” as well as a problem solver at U.S. Bank cortar in Dallas who pointed us in the right direction. This over a week long nightmare is finally over. Was trying to withdrawal some money and the teller told me it declined, probably due to the limits on my account.. no worries. She tells me to call the # on the back of my card, ok no worries. Then proceeds to tell me but then I’ll have to go to another branch to withdrawal again. So stupid. How does that make sense? Waste of time.
