Teller was disrespectful and over-complicated the wire transfer instruction and we had thrive around town to find another branch that you can actually walk into, The other branches are as terrible as this one, They don’t let you walk in, and you have to make an appointment. Terrible bank, take your money and go to a local credit union.
I got there about 8 minutes before close & had 3 others in front of me in line while 2 others were being helped at the counter. They took care of the others quickly & stuck around an extra 15 minutes after close to help me deposit a savings bond that I had (I offered to come back another day for the more time consuming transaction, but the female manager & female counter employee were very kind). Definitely recommend.

Terrible customer service at this branch. Sat there ignoring customers. Couldn’t even make a deposit. This branch is awful.
