This bank sucks. Like literally. First of all i was trying to create a username to activate my account. I typed in the pin code and it’s saying that this username was already created which makes literally no sense. Then i tried calling the customer service and somehow my mother’s maiden name is wrong. I literally tried it 5 times and it’s giving me the same thing. I don’t get it, like how can i get her name wrong. It just doesn’t want me to set it up.
Bother calling this Branch either they never answer their phones.
Tellers are friendly and helpful. The bank is under construction and looks a bit janky.
