employee cussed me out. employee was being very rude towards me cause i parked in the parking lot. it was on a friday early afternoon. was only going to be there for 10 minutes at most. cant believe they would keep employees like that. worst experience I have ever had with any type of bank. dont ever go there. bad reputation if you keep this guy. bad customer service. get him fired
Fast service on a Saturday morning. Pleasant tellers as well.
The service here is really bad. I've had a safety deposit box here for more than 10 years and even if I wait in line for a teller, I'm told to go down and wait longer. It's kind of a premium price for their boxes. I wouldn't recommend any services at this branch. And also it's true, no one answers phones at this branch.
Worst bank ever!!! One of the banker name Jeff magure is sooo rude. He made me feel like I was I was a criminal all because I had questions about a check that I deposited online via mobile on the us bank app. I came to this location because I have a friend that lives in the area. and he asked me why did come here from Plymouth. Because my address is Plymouth mn I didn’t know you couldn’t go to any US Bank branch. I didn’t know couldn’t go to any us bank branch. I am considering closing my account due this incident.
