Steven Grimes may be the best bank manager I have ever interacted with. Chloe also worked on our stuff and knocked it out of the Park. They set up accounts for all four of my children. Not a fun or quick task with short staff during a COVID Lockdown. Steven brought hospitality to the next level keeping my kids hydrated with Strawberry Lemonade and Mountain Dew, he also provided snacks for the kids. #USBank #excellentcustomerservice
Great staff! Positive, friendly and funny! Brought in a bunch of change and they helped me even though they didn't have to since I didn't have an appointment. No other branch would - highly recommend this location!
Went to this branch yesterday to open up a new account after fraud located on old account. The account rep did not handle the reopening of the new account properly and branch Personnel today said they could not help. They gave me a phone number to call . I have now been on the phone 2 1/2 hours, have been transferred 6 times and my problem is still not fixed. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
