I was at usbank In Safeway on 4/20/20 around 1oclock and I had to wait in line for a hour and a half. Which wasn’t a problem however when I finished up my transaction I asked about a over draft charge on my account. I talked to a young man with glasses and he told me he would check out my account. Called this branch to ask for assistance on a direct deposit issue. The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. I tried to explain to her the situation of how the direct deposit account number had one number missing she stated we don’t do anything for that. I asked her may I explain the situation and she kept cutting me off and talking over me saying we can’t help over and over.
