(Giving two stars because they have been polite) I have banked with US Bank for about 10 years and fraud was recently detected on my account, which I was never notified. I had to wait till Tuesday because Tawni the branch manager had the day off Monday. (You have to talk to only branch manager for any resolution). This was the branch I opened the account with and have 3 discussions with Tawni where she has said, I don’t know when your funds will be available, if you will be closed and get a check. Takes forever, systems are SLOW, and USBank is an anachronism. So happy I switched over to CapitalOne 360. If you want to waste your time, go to USBank at Ralphs.
