A bad experience. When I deposited cash, the staff manually counted the large denominations of $50-$100, put the $20 notes into the counting machine, and then told me it was $2980. But I clearly remembered it being $3060 at home. It was $80 short. I said it was wrong, and she looked at me with disdain.
Terrible experience with Morgan today. She acted as if she couldn't find a transaction. After spending half my morning calling and searching transactions that an employee of the BANK should have been able to find in a few clicks, I found it. If someone has more than one account are you seriously telling me you can't search ALL accounts as a bank employee? Lol.
