Terrible experience with Morgan today. She acted as if she couldn't find a transaction. After spending half my morning calling and searching transactions that an employee of the BANK should have been able to find in a few clicks, I found it. If someone has more than one account are you seriously telling me you can't search ALL accounts as a bank employee? Lol. Absolutely horrendous!
While making several information requests over the past few days, I had the pleasure to interact with a majority of the USBank staff at this location. Each time, I received quick & helpful solutions
Tyus was extremely helpful and courteous
I’ve had my share of issues at this location but seems like they have some decent folks here now. Misty did an excellent job today completing my transaction in a reasonable timeframe and had excellent customer service which is few and far between since covid.
