Today I went to the bank to open my account where I met banker Meenu Arora , she was very helpful and I really appreciated her work and the way she did it . She was very polite and very kind, explained things very clearly and nicely. I would like to sincerely thank you for your kind assistance and support. A convenient branch as it opens on Saturday. The banker is friendly and very efficient. However, the waiting line is long. I waited for more than 20 min.
The U.S. bank employees are very efficient and do the work with uttermost sincerity !
The wait time is ridiculous at this location. They need more tellers because you can be waiting over 20+ min just to get help. It's better to go to an actual U.S. Bank, not in a Safeway.
