I don’t understand the negative reviews as my experience has been the complete opposite. I have received the best service at this branch compared to any bank I have previously used. The staff is friendly and welcoming as well as efficient. My banker, Hanie has been nothing short of amazing with each and every encounter. She is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and goes above and beyond for her customers.
