What an awful waste of time causing so much anxiety and stress from this branch. I opened (separate) accounts at US Bank for both my mom and I after issues getting my Dad off her account at another bank after he died. We opened one over the phone with US bank. I have a disability with chemical sensitivities, so going into bank branches causes issues due to fragrances. We were really happy US bank let us open accounts without going to a branch. Do not use their old and broken ATM machine at this branch in Livermore. I have been banking here over a decade and have had multiple problems over the years with it. It will eat your cash then give you an error paper with the wrong deposit amount on the paper. Then they will do an "investigation" which means just open up the ATM and physically count what was deposited. They need to replace this ATM machine because I know there has been other people that have had issues depositing cash into it as well. Now I have to wait 10 ... read more
No one ready to help Went to deposit the cashiers check @12:30 pm they turned me away
Terrible Customer Service from Tara Zaidi. I received a letter from US Bank stating I had an OUTSTANDING REFUND CHECK that needed to be cashed. I never received the check or the check that I was told that was REISSUSED. Ms Tara claims there is nothing she could do from here to go back into a branch and start the process over agin.
