I'm done with US Bank because of this branch as of today. At least two of the account reps here will just outright lie to you to get you to come in saying that can help you with what you accurately communicated over the phone. I dont even know if its ignorance or disengiuity at this point but I won't have my business affected by it anymore. Strongly advise any business customers to find somewhere else.
I was given a fake 100 from the ATM and couldn’t be helped because they closed in 10 minutes

Terrible Customer Service from Tara Zaidi. I received a letter from US Bank stating I had an OUTSTANDING REFUND CHECK that needed to be cashed. The letter had the amount of the refund and check#. Unfortunately, I never received the check and was told the check couldn't be REISSUSED. Ms. Tara claims there is nothing she could do from here but start the process over again. Customer Service needs Help! Yvette
Nothing like having both the drive up and walk up ATM down at the same time. Is corporate going to step in and do something about this place?
