I was given a fake 100 from the ATM and couldn’t be helped because they closed in 10 minutes

Terrible Customer Service from Tara Zaidi. I received a letter from US Bank stating I had an OUTSTANDING REFUND CHECK that needed to be cashed. The letter had the amount of the refund and check#. Unfortunately, I never received the check and was told the check couldn't be REISSUSED. Ms. Tara claims there is nothing she could do from here but start the process over again. Customer Service needs Help! Yvette
Nothing like having both the drive up and walk up ATM down at the same time. Is corporate going to step in and do something about this place?
At the busiest time of the day they have two tellers. That is for opening accounts, credit lines, deposits, and everything else. Have to stand in line for 20 min most of the time. One teller straight lied to me. Set if I open up a personal loan I could pay it off with a credit card in 3 months which was a lie. When I went back in there she said I never said that I almost punched her in the face
