Busy time of day, only 1 teller. Waited 20 minutes for help and ended up leaving. I'll go to the 119th branch
I can't remember his name due to memory issues. I went in to close my account and yes he tried to talk me out of it, but didn't pressure me. His name was Austin or Justin....he closed my account and kept sincerely apologizing for what the lady at the location on 119th in Olathe. It wasn't his fault, so he didn't need to apologize.
