They pass the buck then don't answer the call, when you call back nothing is more customer service appalling then just simply not doing your job!!!
On February 2, 2024, I went to get a haircut and attempted to pay with my US Bank credit card, which was declined. I then tried my US Bank debit card, and it was also declined. I had to use another card to complete the payment. After leaving the shop, I called US Bank customer service and was informed that all my accounts, including my credit card, were being closed.
