The team at this brach is awesome. You'll notice some bad reviews here because banks have tight security protocols...it's kind of a thing in America. USBank is a great bank and this particular branch is very well run. Low staff turnover. Knowledable and polite staff. Read some of the 1 start reviews and note that people are just venting because they were not prepared...or the complaint lacks any specific details. Great branch. Keep up the good work and don't listen to the whiners.
Alicia acted like if I was going to rob the bank I was withdrawing and a large amount of sum and she just got timid and then impulsive and kind of manic. $400+ went missing without a digital blueprint July 7ish
Had a horrible experience on 7/9. The teller Alicia was very disrespectful, and unwilling to help resolve a minor issue that consisted of an escrow check being applied to payoff a Line of Credit I have at US bank. Her attitude was rude and was unwilling to offer solutions, I had to giver her a workaround and find my own solution. Talk about doing her job for her.
