Scheduled an online appointment with a staff member weeks prior to appointment date. I waited over 10 minutes and the staff never joined the call. Every time I make in person appointments here, staff takes a while to tend to you as well. Sometimes even having conversations with each other and taking their time. Customer service can be better.
Israel is an incredibly responsible, dedicated, and professional banker. I ran into a very complicated issue with my account, and he was extremely patient throughout the entire process. He kept following up and working to resolve the problem, even taking time out of his personal time to make sure everything was taken care of. If you set up an appointment to open an account, they are great. But if you go in to do banking, forget it. I went in, there was a guy ahead of me at the empty counters. The manager was at the QR code scanner and completely ignored both of us. The man kept looking around, one of the workers walked by behind the counter and didn't look at him.
