Don't understand where the 2 stars came from. Although they may be short staff, the gentleman and lady were the nicest tellers ive ever met My first time there and I was treated as if I had been a member for years. Patience people.
The team at this brach is awesome. You'll notice some bad reviews here because banks have tight security protocols...it's kind of a thing in America. USBank is a great bank and this particular branch is very well run. Low staff turnover. Knowledable and polite staff. Read some of the 1 start reviews and note that people are just venting because they were not prepared...or the complaint lacks any specific details. Great branch. Keep up the good work and don't listen to the whiners.
