This is the worst US bank, they give bad service, they are the slowest branch, in Chino and they can't seem to improve, other us bank are faster, but not this one, they take there sweet time, I had to walk away, I'm tired of waiting, what is wrong with that bank branch, the other us banks are not as slow as this one, i haven't got all day to wait for those slow people
