Worst people to deal with. She told me that I have to wait 45 minutes to make a deposit because everybody is on lunch and she was busy opening an account. Never coming back to this branch. I love the Plainfield branch in Myers. They are very helpful. It's 1:40 p.m. I don't know what kind of lunch they are on
Bank website and mobile banking app is always down for hours daily really sucks not being able to login and move my own money around
Very helpful and everything went smoothly.
My son & I were patiently helped by Leslie. She took extra time to explain the process to open IRA CD & open an additionalcredit card. The Branch manager also passed by and offered additional insight on a few of my CD questions. We accidentally dropped some documents in Walmart, they were returned to bank & Leslie called us and held them for us until we came back for them. I will definitely continue to do my banking at US Bank.
