I came here on February 20, 2026. I waited a month to make another withdrawal at another branch to see if the process would be the same. I feel like your employee Faith needs to be trained again. She was very friendly but I feel she did an extra step because of my race. I walked in spoke and said I would like to make an withdrawal. Gave her my driver's license along with my atm card. Granddaughter & I had lots of questions regarding opening an account and whether or not a child's name could be on the bank card. MARY assisted us. She was courteous, kind, patient & professional. She answered all of my granddaughter's questions (12 yr old) with a smile and professionally. She explained banking laws in youngling terms which were understood. I wish I could give 0 stars and still leave a review. If you don't feel like reading just save yourself some time and bank somewhere else. Will not help you at all. Opened an account with an initial deposit, then deposited a $10,000.00 check and they accused me of fraud. This would have been the first of many deposits. Your loss. They have been trying to get me to move from Chase for a long time and they finally got an opportunity and ruined it. Glad I found out early! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
