Granddaughter & I had lots of questions regarding opening an account and whether or not a child's name could be on the bank card. MARY assisted us. She was courteous, kind, patient & professional. She answered all of my granddaughter's questions (12 yr old) with a smile and professionally. She explained banking laws in youngling terms which were understood. I wish I could give 0 stars and still leave a review. If you don't feel like reading just save yourself some time and bank somewhere else. My experience with US Bank up until about a week ago was pleasant, I conveniently opened an account online initially and had used it for 6-12 months. Upon the death of a family member, I was coming into some funds which I wanted to he secure. Will not help you at all. Opened an account with an initial deposit, then deposited a $10,000.00 check and they accused me of fraud. This would have been the first of many deposits. Your loss. They have been trying to get me to move from Chase for a long time and they finally got an opportunity and ruined it. Glad I found out early! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
