I came here on February 20, 2026. I waited a month to make another withdrawal at another branch to see if the process would be the same. I feel like your employee Faith needs to be trained again. She was very friendly but I feel she did an extra step because of my race. I walked in spoke and said I would like to make an withdrawal. Gave her my driver's license along with my atm card. Granddaughter & I had lots of questions regarding opening an account and whether or not a child's name could be on the bank card. MARY assisted us. She was courteous, kind, patient & professional. She answered all of my granddaughter's questions (12 yr old) with a smile and professionally. She explained banking laws in youngling terms which were understood.
