Our teller was friendly and cordial. We are always treated well at this branch.
Third and final time going to this branch. No help is given here. There's a tall guy with a beard and it seems like he doesn't care to assist people. I been to other branches and have no issues. Go to the one on Whittier.
Great service and renew atmosphere
It’s very inconvenient not having a drive thru atm plus the atm is placed in the back of the building with not enough lighting making it dark and very unsafe. Also the atm is always out of money and not possible to withdraw or deposit.
Just stoped by to get a cashiers check and Arlene was super helpful in the Montebello location! Super patient and very amicable! Appreciate her and the amazing costumer service! Thank you! Definitely ask for her!
