Probably the worst banking app out there.
It's ok...there are other institutions to choose from...
I’ve had nothing but a great experience with the 20th st branch of US Bank. Alexa was very helpful in getting me pointed towards my first credit card and I was approved immediately. Very professional, helpful and answered all my questions without hassle. Thank you
Honestly it takes a certain kind of special to have such an attitude. Picked up on some purposefully rude behavior or simply not helpful at times.
