Banker was very timely and helpful at my appointment.
Married couple, joint account but unable to see ANY information about my husband’s card or let them know we’re traveling. Online banking is forced to be separate. I asked to see if we could sign something saying we are, in fact, married with a joint account and would like the account to be actually shared but was told my husband needs to create his own online banking account to be able to see his transactions. Not sure why this joint account can’t be joint??
I dislike almost everything about US Bank as a whole, not just this specific location. The only good things about them are their ATMs and their 24 hour customer service line. The 24 hour service line is the ONLY thing keeping this from being a 1-star review. The only reason I haven't gone where I want to go yet is the instant deposit ATMs.

So I had an insurance check from us bank and this bank refused to cash their own bank check!!! A phone call could have verified this check. So this bank took a bunch of my personal information from me inserted in the computer then used extortion and said I must open up an account with this horrible bank. Why dose anyone use banks anymore. I see that you make comments to these msgs !!! Don't bother with your patronizing ignorant comments.
