I went to the branch to pay my credit card balance, there is black American girl took care of my payment. I was paid at others branch before and once I paid I got notification what I paid. This time only I went there, I regretted it. my payment did not apply to my account for 3 days. I won't go there again.

I waited 35 minutes for someone to come help at the drive thru.
I sent my husband to get some coins for us because we needed it. And the lady was being rude and kept asking if we had an account and he said yes. We are both in the account and he handed her his ID and debit card like usual and then she said that he can’t get coins if we dot have a business account. Umm what?? Business account?? So how do people without business get coins when needed. Someone needs to talk with their employees. I’m pretty sure she was just being racist towards my husband.
