Us bank will rob you blind by posting payments to your account long after you make a payment. I made 2 payments that caused my account to be overdrawn and was charged nine overdraft fees an was told NO when I asked for a manager
My bank of over 30 years could not help me for what I needed. I called US Bank and they could. First time customer here. Neil was friendly, he listened to my needs and concerns. Everything was explained to me. Service was top notch. I would recommend them. I was impressed. Time was given with no rush. We set up online banking before I left. Thanks Neil for everything!

Terrible customer service. Doesn't acknowledge your existence or apologize for having to wait 20 mins in line due to short staff (I assume) hire more people or let customers know you're short staffed!
