I had a great experience working with Lauren, the branch manager at US Bank located at 3350 La Sierra Ave, Riverside, CA 92503. She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Lauren went above and beyond to ensure all my banking needs were met efficiently and with a friendly attitude. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service, and Lauren definitely does. I highly recommend this branch thanks to her outstanding leadership and support.
I’m writing this with a heavy heart after an extremely upsetting and hurtful experience with a U.S. Bank supervisor named Angelica. I have never felt more disrespected or profiled by a bank employee in my life. Angelica’s behavior was not only unprofessional, but downright demeaning.
