Don't bother at this location. You'll have 3 people behind the counter and another customer come up start their own line, then to have an employee tell you thw line you have been standing in for 10 mins is over on the other side ny the sign The sign that is not visible but push up against the wall as if the branch is closed BS. Not the greatest customer service!! I will start driving to another location where I get better quality customer service as a merchant.

Two tellers, one boss lady and one ATM. For some reason, my debit cards would not work in the ATM machine so I went to the counter. Alex V was very nice and helpful. Whatever the problem was before it was no problem for her. I withdrew the money I needed from both cards and was on my way. Thank you very much, Alex!

I had a great experience working with Lauren, the branch manager at US Bank located at 3350 La Sierra Ave, Riverside, CA 92503. She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Lauren went above and beyond to ensure all my banking needs were met efficiently and with a friendly attitude. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service, and Lauren definitely does. I highly recommend this branch thanks to her outstanding leadership and support.

I’m writing this with a heavy heart after an extremely upsetting and hurtful experience with a U.S. Bank supervisor named Angelica. I have never felt more disrespected or profiled by a bank employee in my life. Angelica’s behavior was not only unprofessional, but downright demeaning. She lied to my face, gave misleading information, and then proceeded to speak down to me as if I didn’t deserve common courtesy or honesty.
