No staggered lunch hours in 2024! People with jobs can only come to your bank over the noon hour bc you open late and close early. And yet you only have 1 teller on duty from 12 to 1. Baffling. Hopefully when you go out of business they'll put a good restaurant in instead.
They don't follow their own written agreement with the Washington State Treasury and refuse to cash checks issued by them. Update: They have blamed the Washington Treasury's poor word choice and don't know why they would print that none members can cash state issued checks. But if I would like to open an account... 😒

I had a mobile check deposited on April 8th & it is now the 11th , the funds are Still not available!! I am closing my account at this bank. Unbelievable that it’s been 4 days and it’s 5pm so it’ll be going on 5 days they’ve held my money. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST BANK IVE EVER Dealt The gentlemen at the Ferndale branch were kind and said they would try to help, but obviously they couldn’t do anything to make my funds available.i NEED GROCERIES, gas, & numerous other things.DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT AT THIS BANK!!
