Always good when I go in Eric the manager and his staff is great. However the phone people or online chat is a hit or miss... So I just wait for Eric during the week and he will get it handled in 5 mins what would take the phone people at main branch 2 hours .. Thanks ERIC
After calling another US Bank that didn’t ever pick up their phone, I called this US Bank. David picked up and was immediately helpful. When I arrived to the bank, he helped me right away and was kind the whole time. I continue to bank with US Bank due to bankers like David.
David was awesome. Great customer service! He got me in & out really quickly. Due to I was in a rush.
