Never have I had such a poor experience with a bank. They wait to post a deposit so they can charge a fee beware of this bank that does not even admit their own mistakes and is Never wrong ha!
Open Sundays!!! While most of Downey Savings banks have a nice friendly and helpful staff, the branch inside of Ralph's Grocery store has rules of their own. They make up rules if they don't "feel comfortable" with what they are doing. I like the services offered with the bank in general, but this branch has proven themselves to be "unorthodox" in every way. I love their business hours, Monday - Friday 10 am to 7 pm, and Saturday 10 am to 5 pm, and Sundays (that's right - Sundays!) from 12 pm to 3 pm. That makes up for some ... read more
