Shout out to my man Jaren for hooking me up with a new debit card, and shout out to the rest of The U.S. Bank Crew for being a dependable source of laundry quarters. They have been a beacon of light and hope as I navigated an otherwise dark, hopeless world of coin-operated apartment laundry rooms this last year.
We opened up an account for our small Contracting business, despite having flawless history for our first 2 years, and having great credit scores , they seem to not have any interest in helping out small businesses, we applied for a line of credit over 5 weeks ago, even though we got denial letters in the mail. The loan manager still claims there are options but when we try and contact him he blows us off until the next day, over and over, to the point where its been weeks now. The Manager and staff were very helpful and friendly. David B (our teller) was extremely efficient and friendly.
As an anti-establishment girlie this place does not disappoint! They are phenomenal! The branch manager is welcoming warm and professional and SWIFT. Kudos to Lisa the rep i sat down with last week. Extra kudos to the manager he is very professional and got me swift help along with many others in my short time there. I hate banks but not this one.
