I'm relatively new to US Bank. I arrived at 3:30 pm to wire some funds from my business account to a manufacturer for an order. The two tellers were nice and helpful in explaining how it works for them to transfer fund--usually--but then gave me the bad news that the individual in the branch who can do wire transfers went home early today. The last time I was here was for the same purpose and I had the same problem. I guess it's not really a bank but a branch with very limited services within a grocery store.
