Not sure the managers always know what services US bank offers. International wire transfers is not in US banks portfolio, except if you qualify thru minimum funds available.
I have never posted a review for a bank before, because usually they frustrate me so much I can barely do anything more than smile politely by the time I get to a teller. However, I have to confess having really good experiences at this particular US Bank Redmond Branch. I really have had exceptional personal service. They get right on the stick to help. Closed my account due to their lack of customer service – I've been a US Bank customer for over 20 years, but have recently pulled all of my funds from them and moved to a different bank. A recent incident has pushed my patience with regards to complete lack of customer service.
