Very slow service. Parking lot always full. Just very disappointing overall
Adam was such a great help on opening an account. Very professional and very friendly. I would recommend this bank for anyone in need of one.
Excellent and exceptional service at this location. I have a client that when he is town will only go to this location. I would have to drive even from La to take him here. I told a few friends about this and they were curious enough to open an account here. They also said they had an excellent service. Great job whoever runs this location on E Chapman Fullerton.
Initially we reached out to the branch on across town on Habor. Was told to leave a message for the manager for the account service we needed help with. Never received a call back which is why we ended up making an apt. at this branch on Chapman. The level of service is night and day. Marco was helpful and knowledgeable with the changes we needed to make to our existing account. Everyone here was friendly. Highly recommend this branch for your banking needs.
