Since moving to Fullerton 2 years ago I found this US Bank branch. Always a friendly greeting and wonderful customer service, fast and efficient. Plus, they are open on SATURDAY until 1 o'clock. I am very happy with this branch. Oh, another thing that's great. There's not only a great Thai restaurant in the center but also a Smart & Final, Dollar Tree and Staples. So convenient, do your banking, shopping and pick up something delicious to eat all at the same time.
there usually isn't many people there at that location. no matter what time olocation. no matter what time of the day you go. if I do have a need to go in. im always in and out quick.
Walked inside to deposit cash 03/05 at 1 PM. Only one teller who sees me but he doesn’t even greet me until I’m standing there waiting even there is no one else in line. I greet him and tell him I just need to make a deposit, and I set my card down, and he just looks at me and doesn’t say anything to me so you know what, I decide to just go do my deposit outside with the ATM because clearly I’m talking to a wall or I’m bothering him? I will go to the Placentia branch instead
