Customer service sucks here it's special branch, which looks like ice cream stall in the middle of Safeway. Waited 10 mins while those guys just sit without customers, and left throwing away their little flyer. What a waste of time ! Edit: The issue seems like only with this location.. After visiting different branch. And yes I did see response from manager, or someone, but instead of replying you should just fix the issue. Wont waste more time on this one after I drove there (30 mins), and lost total 1 hour from my work day... read more
If you dont have acc w them they would not do a lot of things for you not what I would expect from the bank
Your teller was awesome but a $7 fee to cash a check drawn FROM US BANK is ridiculous. What’s the point of going to you if I could’ve went to any other place and only paid a $3 fee??? Total joke
I use U.S. Bank for my personal checking, savings, and two credit cards. I like their no annual fee Cash Plus credit card because I can choose two categories like cell phones or home utilities to earn 5% cash back on my purchases in those categories. When I redeem points on their Flex Perks card, I don't get charged airport or airline fees. You can also use points to pay for the annual fee. I can find a branch in most neighborhoods and cities.
