Stephanie, pictured here, taunted our disabled family member, laughed at him and told him to use his mom's money who also had accounts there. She did this in front of many people. What are the details? The ATM at this very bank location malfunctioned and ate his money. Cosed on Saturday is unacceptable. The credit union is open regular hours. I already quit this bank but I have to use it sometimes.
5 stars for the staff and us bank, in general. However, the credit cards are AWFUL! I have had nothing but problem after problem with their credit cards. This last problem I called about today is the last straw. I will never do any loan or credit card business with us bank again. And may even consider moving my money to another bank that is more loan/credit card friendly in the future. If you are a small business, especially beware.
