The worst bank on the planet... No customer service skills treat people like they don’t need your business so therefore I will pull my business from here.
I just had one of the absolute most horrible experiences at a bank I’ve ever had. This lady is the manager of the bank and she told me Word for Word you’re not a customer or you don’t matter and proceeded to treat me like crap. I cannot believe how pathetic how unprofessional this person was and that this bank allows it. Shocked beyond believe
USBANK disputed wrong charges and won't fix them!!!!!
