I waited for fifteen minutes in drive thru before having them send back the canister and going somewhere else. Avoid this location

The worst bank, and customer service I have seen it
I cannot fathom why US Bank would shred someone's forgotten drivers license when there are clearly other options. Allow the customer a reasonable amount of time to return and pick it up. Mail it to the customer. At the very least return it to DMV. The teller should have noticed the drivers license was forgotten before the customer left the branch. Especially with all the Covid restrictions and DMV now requires an appointment, which are running six weeks out. By shredding the drivers license, US Bank is costing there customer... read more
