Staff is knowledgeable and helpful but US Bank is a jock. We have business account with them. I tried to ACH payment because payment to a vendor was due in 24 hours. US bank would not let us send ACH because of my business partner has to have own login and approve transaction from her own account. We spend hours talking support back and forth and created another online account for my partner. Then again submitted a new request for her to approve and when she was trying to approve it would not let her approve because log in w... read more
Pathetic service. Only one person is available at any given time. Whoever is available like to talk to the customers forever sharing their personal stories when there are bunch of people waiting. Moved all my accounts, never going back.
