Great service, this is my regular bank
This has to be the worst bank in Boise. Every time I go in there this lady MJ has an attitude like no other and EVERY-TIME she tells me she can never complete any task that I’m ask her to complete but then I’ll go to another branch and they can complete the task that I went in there for so save your time and go to another US Bank location. This one is a joke.
My husband recently died and I was sent mail on his IRA account of which I was the benefactor. But it was a little confusing because I didn't know his account number and I could no longer get into his account. Went to my favorite branch and Serena was totally awesome on making the calls and doing the heavy work for me. We had a fun chat while she was doing her magic. Always have had a good experience with this bank.
