I went in to cash a check and only one teller was there. Decided to use the teller outside and waiting forever. Have been with US bank forever and see fewer banks and a lot fewer employees. The bank in my Albertsons closed recently. This keeps up, I will take my 3 accounts elsewhere.
The last few times i have been here has been the WORST Service on the planet!!!!!! I will never come back again.
I HAVE ALSO NOTICED A NEW CREW, REPRESENTATIVES SEEM UNCONCERNED, A LITTLE SHORT WITH THEIR ANSWERS. I'VE BEEN WITH THIS BRANCH SINCE THE EARLY 90s, NEVER HAD ANYTHING LIKE THIS HAPPEN BEFORE, SAD, THIS BRANCH WAS AMAZING.
This bank is heartless and will rob you every chance they get!
