Patrick Ganier the manager at the branch has created an environment where his lack of policy knowledge has spilled over to his team as well as his aggressive approach towards customers. Saying he lacks in basic understanding of his position would be a great understatement. Patrick was unable to complete a transaction that another branch was able to do just moments later and accused the customer for being in the wrong. The worst bank in Boise. The tellers yakking and standing around. 15 minutes to cash a check. Ridiculous. FAIL.
Assisted me with taking advantage of a promotion. Told me to come back when I got the email response so she could help and when I did that she said there's nothings she's going to be able to do. Whether its online, over the phone, and or in store you guys should have some clarity within your business and be able to assist its no wonder you don't hear alot about us bank they just want your money but no assistance.
