My mother passed away over the holidays, this was the main branch she used. I was instructed by my attorney to contact a US Bank branch with her death certificate, and ask for a list of her accounts so we could include the list when we filed the probate for her estate. They always take care of me!
We have been loyal customers of U.S. Bank for many years. This branch location is extremely convenient to our house, and we have handled various transactions here. However, the customer service at this branch has been in a gradual decline recently. I have experienced tellers get rude, give funny looks, and even make disrespectful comments that have nothing to do with the purpose of my visit.
