Reaching around 435pm Friday. I expected to be rejected or not being entertained well by their staff. Surprisingly one the staff invite me to his counter and have me new saving and checking account open. Andrew Guardian who help me to complete the process. Appreciate his help and right behaviour as the process of the job exceed his office hours.
So I have to agree with the other folks here that this branch truly sucks! I called 4x in a row trying to speak to someone and then system would "connect me with a banker" and then immediately get disconnected. I'm tired of this bank. I need to switch my accounts to Kirtland. Midwest bank is for the Midwest birds.
I wish I could give this branch zero stars. They have done nothing to even deserve this one star review because the past 3 times I’ve been to this location it’s been mistake after mistake after mistake from the employees, or them turning me away because they can’t see the CRYSTAL CLEAR solution that was literally in his face. I called this branch about 9 times trying to get help over the phone so I didn’t have to go here, but you forced me to go there since magically no one answered my calls but no one was on the phone when ... read more
