I’ve had a consistently great experience at the US Bank on Fairview Ave. Amir is always friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help with anything from basic banking needs to more complex financial questions. He take the time to explain things clearly and make sure you’re comfortable with your decisions. The branch is clean, well-organized, and wait times are usually short. I appreciate the personalized service and professionalism every time I visit. Highly recommend this location!
Every time i go i get shitty service so I try to just use the drive through. Today I drove by to make a quick deposit and found that the atm buttons were not working. I tried a few times to ensure it wasn’t user error but the buttons didn’t work. I called to let them know since it’s 1pm and you’d think they had a sign or something to communicate w customers.
