Slowest drive thru I have ever been to at any bank.
Poor service and unexplainable fees every time you do business with them.
I visit this bank five times a week for business. Recently, this location has decided to stop bundling my change orders into smaller quantities. After a couple of weeks of not receiving bundled change after requesting it, I called to see why proper issuing of my change order had stopped. I talked Marcos, Kristie and Heather, all of which informed me that this was not US bank had offered. If I'm coming in for a change order, as a customer, I should receive change as I request it.
