I have been a customer at US Bank for a long time. Lillian Burbank has made the difference as I continue my business with US Bank and she is an amazing asset to this branch. I want to make this shot out to her for all her follow ups and positve attitude. Thank you Lillian for taking such good care of me and my family investments.
Horrible experience! The worst bank that I have ever done business with. Never again. I would definitely recommend choosing a different company to bank with.
Customer service is good. Very helpful
This is the worst bank of all time. I only have to go here once a month to make deposits and I dread it. I've been waiting 20 minutes in their drive through line and it's like this every time. I don't know what their workers do inside but it seems like nothing.
What makes them special is the nice people inside. I've been to several branches and they're always very courteous and helpful.
