Poorly managed bank, never go to this location. Every time I've come in, I've had to go back into a different US Bank to have their mistakes fixed.
Made a sizeable cash deposit on June 11th at the ATM and received an attempted deposit slip from the ATM, asked the teller and was told to call Customer Service. Here it is June 22 in the evening an still no deposit. Is that the best you can do US Bank
Failed me on a major time-sensitive transaction. I had to pay to transfer to cash-app instead of depending on my debit card.
