The staff here has always been great to us since we moved to this neighborhood. I love using them for everything and I'm old school with banking, so I like to be helped by them instead of going to the ATM or online. I liked that they were able to assist me with a transaction that I was unable to come inside for because my babies were napping in the car with a cold weather. So having the drive thru is a blessing lol Thank you guys!!! 😊 🥰
Love coming to this US Bank location. The staff is so friendly, helpful and always notices when my girls are with me and sends a great in the container. It’s the little things that make a big difference.
They have good customer service sorta...only complaint is that they are so incredibly slow. Spent 45 minutes waiting at the window just to get a cashiers check with one other person being serviced. There were multiple employees just standing around. I’ve never had to wait that long anywhere else
every one is more than helpful at this branch. wonderful service.
