Was asked to provide more info/identifications about my identity????? Never ever in my 4 years of having several accounts with us bank I had been asked to even respond for security questions. Staff needs to be trained more about all several accounts and forms of ID's this bank accepts. By the way I did show my drivers license and it was not enough. Manager had to make a call to who knows who..but his answer was hit to see that was me. I cashed my check out and I will never come back to this location. Haopend on June 12th
