Love this branch, convenient and close
I do most of my banking on the app but everytime I have had to either go into or call a branch for help this one has been great! Jake helped me twice in the last week (once in person and once on the phone) with some frustrating inconveniences because of a fraud charge and made it as easy as possible while straightening out accounts and balances.
The people who work here are always eager to help a customer. Sadly they will be shutting down this branch on June 3rd. Going to have to find someone else to build a longer rapport with. But I highly recommend this bank for the time being.
Gentleman was very nice but he deposited my $50 i needed, into the wrong account and now Im not gonna be able to pay my phone bill for this next month, when I really need it.
Very knowledgeable and honest.
