Long time (30+ years) US Bank customer, so I've seen ups and downs in the general level of service provided corporate-wide. In the last few years I think US Bank generally has improved customer service across the board. This particular location is my local branch, so I have occasion to visit 1-2 times per month. I have never experienced anything remotely like what the 1-star reviews here describe. Staff is always pleasant, friendly, helpful and efficient with my transactions. Worst US Bank location ever, avoid this location at all cost. The other bad reviews are 100% correct about the terrible customer service.
I LOVE U.S. Bank. I've been banking with them for almost eight years now. But for some ungodly reason, I have almost always had bad to horrible experience at this particular location. Avoid it at all costs, as it does not reflect us Bank's service..
