This branch definitely has issues! Wait over 20 minutes in drive thru line....got so fed up with waiting that I left. Another vehicle in front of me left also after waiting longer than me. What is the deal with every company not wanting to put enough employees in their places of business. The wait times are ridiculous! Hire some employees and put them to work!

I waited 20 minutes at the drive thru before I was helped. I was never greeted to let me know they'd be with me shortly. The customer service hasn't always been the greatest.
I have a big amount of money. With US Bank. They closed my account, which is fine. They were supposed to return the money back to the issuer. And now It’s been close to six months and the money is just being held supposedly in a hole somewhere and they’ve not returned the money. So I would never ever recommend anybody to use U. S. Bank. They are horrible.
