People have 'solve the problem' attitude and go anout it nicely. Good doing business with them.
If you visit the Uptown location make sure you ask for Anna. She is the most professional teller they have. I at times avoid the uptown location based on previous bad experiences with other tellers. If Anna is there and another gentleman but I don't know his name you should be good.
I went to this U.S. Bank branch after multiple overdraft fees totaling $200+ caused by unexpected subscription renewals and recent health-related confusion. I explained that I had been dealing with a serious cardiac issue and confusion afterward, and asked whether any of the fees could be reversed. Ironically, I was two hours late for my direct deposit to hit and cover the charges I had made. The fees were not reversed.
