I went to this U.S. Bank branch after multiple overdraft fees totaling $200+ caused by unexpected subscription renewals and recent health-related confusion. I explained that I had been dealing with a serious cardiac issue and confusion afterward, and asked whether any of the fees could be reversed. 45 mins in the drive thru for commercial/business and still haven’t been able to deposit checks. Not coming back to this location.
Not only did the tellers have zero sense of urgency or time management, but they seem to enjoy making people wait.
I'm in my 70s and find disrespectful behavior unacceptable. The teller, Denise, was rude from the start. As I walked to the counter, I said, " Good morning. She didn't say anything. I asked if I could deposit a government check and get some cash. She snapped, "Wait a minute!" The tone of everything she said after that was also rude and disrespectful.
