The New Branch manager at this location is a horrible person that Profiles people and makes false allegations
If I could give Zero stars I would. Not deserving of one! Awful customer service! I have experience terrible service on numerous occasions in the lobby at the Nicholasville Rd branch. I will be taking my business elsewhere after 30 years of business.
I deposited $400 in their atm and the atm took my money and didn’t put it in my account. They aren’t doing anything to fix this for 10-45 days 😊
