I looked around quite a bit to find the right bank to open my business checking account. US Bank was the only one that offered everything I wanted. The branch manager Amy Allen was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and just plain enjoyable to work with. Because of all this, I plan to also move my personal accounts and credit cards there also. Check them out. You will be glad you did!
Only had 100 in singles. Then forgot to give me my fives and had to come back. But the teller and another teller were sure to try to sell me credit card processing that was way worse than what I have and I had to educate them on why theirs sucks.
Set up a new account after countless issues with PNC only to have all of mine and my husbands info messed up in the account and had to take 2 days to fix. Worst issue was that they do not give temporary cards and expect you to use the digital wallet option until your card comes in in 7-10 business days. Customer service says that they should not be allowed to do this as every branch is REQUIRED to give temporary cards. Problem with digital is not every where has tap to pay and the gas stations that do have it don’t work most... read more
