I'm kind of shocked how bad these reviews are. There are a lot of businesses in Yuba City that are pathetic garbage but this little bank branch isn't one. I've always had really good experiences here. The person who set up my business account was a delight, I learned a ton from that conversation. The tellers are always efficient and pleasant, even when the line is very long it moves quickly. I look forward to going into this branch.
Wish I had seen the ratings this place had before ever walking in and doing business here, they are extremely unprofessional, as woman new to their bank. not the city, it’s very discriminatory and strange how they have conducted themselves since opening a banking account here.
