I have been banking here since I was in college and now am in my 40's. I have never really had any problems with this bank until I got a check from a company that required 2 signatures. Got the additional signature needed, tried to do a mobile deposit and the bank will not take it. Called the 800 number talked to an associate and was told everything should be fine and to try again. I've been kicked out of this Bank twice in under 2 minutes for "NO REASON WHATSOEVER". When I asked the gentleman why he stated "we can't help you hear now you need to leave before I call the police and have them escort you out", causing every customer and Teller to stare. I was wanting to transfer my account because the Bank I was using was causing me more problems than anything.
