Definitely have heard some complaints, but I have not hade any problems with the people or wait time

No restroom. You can walk-in as a customer to do your banking—pregnant— and they wont let you use the bathroom.
Can't even call to make a request. Need a document to facilitate the purchase of a home and they don't even take the time to pick up a phone. First change after I get into my house is finding a bank that cares about their business. Don't use US Bank.
I need to file a complaint against the branch and local manager for the branch is Lawrence KS I've been waiting on a call back for almost 3 weeks from the district manager. This is horrible service
