Can't even call to make a request. Need a document to facilitate the purchase of a home and they don't even take the time to pick up a phone. First change after I get into my house is finding a bank that cares about their business. Don't use US Bank.

I consulted the courteous front desk attendant about withdrawing cash from my out-of-town bank without branches in Lawrence. He suggested going to my other bank for the withdrawal. When I inquired about writing a check to myself and cashing it at their location, he not only approved but also assisted with the transaction. It makes me wonder if, without my inquiry, they might have directed me to Kansas City unnecessarily instead of offering this simple solution.
