No restroom. You can walk-in as a customer to do your banking—pregnant— and they wont let you use the bathroom.
Can't even call to make a request. Need a document to facilitate the purchase of a home and they don't even take the time to pick up a phone. First change after I get into my house is finding a bank that cares about their business. Don't use US Bank.
